Weapons/Abilities Template

This is the template used so that if you are a meister/weapon team, you can learn new abilities for you weapon, or even give it a new form.

It costs expirience, so you cannot give your weapon new techniques and forms dilly dally all the time. It does not matter what starred meister you are either, it all is the same.
In order to learn an ability, it costs 100 expirience. (100 Expirience for the Weapon, 50 for the partner, actually.)
In order to learn a new weapon form, it costs 150 expirience.
When you make a new weapon form, it automatically can come with one ability.
Once the weapon/ability is approved, you are to make a training topic to show that you are training with this ability/weapon, so that you do not go everywhere trying to use it right away.

Both the Meister and Weapon will lose 100/ability (only weapon loses 100 expirience, the meister losing 50.), 150/weapon form expirience (both weapon and meister loose 150.).

This is not only for customs; if you are a canon character seeking new forms/abilities you are welcome to make up some as well.

Any weapon form that you have MUST not be mastered right away. It should take a while before you can actually synchronize with your weapon's new form.
